For your convenience and ease of delivery we have teamed up with Australia Post and Fastway Couriers who are both recognised as highly trusted companies. So you can rest assured your parcel will always be handled in a trustworthy and professional manner.

Delivery Time:

Orders placed with Outback Foods take between 2 and 10 business days for delivery. If you require express delivery please contact us and we will arrange the earliest possible delivery.

Goods in Transit:

If you wish to know where your order is, simply click here to contact us, type in your invoice number in the subject line and request the information required. Alternatively contact us on 03 9729 5579 and our team will assist you.

Goods Missing/ Damaged in Transit:

It is important for you to understand the loss of goods/damaged goods in transit is rare, but can occur occasionally. Once the goods are collected from Outback Foods by the respective carrier, the ownership of the goods is passed onto you (as is the normal commercial practice).
Outback Foods does however, insure against this contingency. Outback Foods pays for this insurance with every delivery to each customer. Outback Foods will replace goods damaged or missing in transit, once a customer has made an official claim and the respective courier has approved that claim on this insurance. This process does take some time and is out of our control. We do however make every effort to ensure all claims are processed expediently.
