Delivery Policy
Within Australia (Australia Post standard service only)

Outside Australia (Australia Post Air Mail service only)

Outback Foods shall deliver products by standard postal service or Air Mail (International) to the delivery address that you have given us. All delivery is subject to availability and time shall be of the essence. As we process your order, in the unfortunate situation where a product is not available, we will notify you. Outback Foods shall not be liable to the customer or be deemed to be in breach of contract by reason of any delay in delivery of goods, if the delay was due to any cause beyond Outback Foods’ reasonable control.

Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Outback Foods purchase. If you are unhappy for any reason or change your mind, we will gladly accept exchange/return of the unworn merchandise within 30 days of invoice date. Returned merchandise should include the Outback Foods packaging and be in the original condition as when it was received. Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges for return and re-delivery on any exchanges/returns for change of mind. Outback Foods will only refund the cost of the merchandise – not postage.

This would include public holidays, industrial strikes, customs delay, and natural disasters.
